A little about me...

Hello! My name is Rachael Williams and I am a licensed Bowenwork practitioner and a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I live, work, and study in Santa cruz, CA. Working alongside people to help them achieve their ideal level of health (mind, body, and spirit) has always been my gift and passion. When I am not working or studying, you can find me out playing music and enjoying the beautiful nature so abundant in this place we have the good fortune to call home.
